The use of seals, sealing strips and cutouts can be found in all areas of industry and craftsmanship. The ideal selection of a seal depends on a number of technical operating parameters. In order to satisfy all requirements, there is a large selection of various sealing materials available.
 
With this large standard assortment, we are capable of serving our customers with various materials, thicknesses and surfaces on short notice.

Materials

• Elastomers: NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, Neoprene, Viton®, Silicone, PU, Vulkollan®
• High-pressure materials: Klinger, Reinz, Frenzelit, Hecker
• Plastics: Soft PVC, hard PVC, PE, PA, POM, PTFE
• Graphite plate: with/without metal inlay
• Cellular materials: sponge rubber, foam rubber, silicone foam, PE and PU foam
• Insulation materials: paper based laminates and fabric laminates, agglomerated cork

On state-of-the-art machines and in accordance with customer request, various contours are manufactured using the following plastics and elastomers.

• Material EPDM
• Low smoke and low in toxicity
• Ozone-resistant, halogen-free
• Fire-protected in accordance with EN 45545-2:2013, R22/23, HL3
• Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +100 °C
• Density of approx. 1.5 g/cm3
• Compression set = 16%
• Pre-fabricated parts in thicknesses ranging from 1 - 10 mm
